Located on 90 acres, down a 1 km dirt driveway off Harewood rd . Peaceful surroundings, endless views. Close to tourist route. 15 mins to Denmark 20 mins to lights beach , greens pools, elephant rocks . Walking ,cycling tracks nearby. The cottage is an airy light 2bed ,2 bath ,lots of space inside and a veranda to enjoy outside . Wood fire for winter nights. Fenced yard at the back for the dog , dogs can walk on the property but must always be under control. Wonderful year round getaway.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

We have a large garden which will feel like your own, but it is a shared space with our friendly Lab x Border Collie Nina and you may hear our kids being kids. It is located a 4 minute drive to ocean beach, 6 minute drive to town and right on the Bibbulmun Track. It is a simple and comfortable studio best suited for couples with everything you need to relax and unwind.
