Newly refurbished Sunset Lodge is a private, self-contained cabin set within our peaceful 1.2 acre garden and surrounded by fields, nature and views. We are located in the heart of the Surrey Hills, between the pretty villages of Shalford and Bramley and in an ideal location for access to the historic towns of Guildford (3 miles) and Godalming (1.5 miles). Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink nearby. Happy to recommend.

We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Welcome. Situated in the Surrey Hills village of Shalford, the Barn is located off the A248 and is a stones throw from the Wey & Arun Canal. The Barn has recently been converted and provides comfortable living space and a upstairs bedroom. The Barn has all the modern amenties. Shalford Village includes two pubs, a village shop, Snooty's Cafe, Barbers, Boots, Post Office, Wine shop and a beauty parlous. Shalford is well connected with buses and trains to Guidford and other destinations.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
