Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. Disabled access is via a private lane to the rear of the property. (Arrange with host). The ground floor accommodation has a bedroom, toilet and wet room, ideal for guests who cannot manage stairs. Travel cot and high chair available for our smaller guests.
