Milkpan Farm is situated in Godshill, which we have recently purchased and have refurbished. ** We offer generous discounts on the ferries * It is set in a superb rural location for couples, ramblers, dog walkers and cyclists and a great place from which to explore the Island. The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. Bay Cottage

This snug little one bedroomed accommodation sits up high with views of both Shanklin and Luccombe bays from each side. This property is ideal for walkers or cyclists as it sits just off the coastal path and is also close to the bridle path leading up to the Downs. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane for easy access to the rest of the Island. The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk to several different beaches and 15 minutes walk to a number of restaurants pubs and eateries.
