The Bennett Farmhouse has been in our family for over 100 years, now cared for by its 4th & 5th generations. Our grandmother, who lived here is now in assisted living. It's hard for her to be away, so we created short stays so you can visit and so can she! Your stay helps preserve our farmhouse which features original farm sink, wood details, a wraparound porch with swings and antiques like the wind-up phone & more. Guests step into history while making new memories at our family farm!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, this gorgeous, all-electric home has it all. Sleeping 10 comfortably, we boast NO STAIRS (!). The converted garage makes an incredible crafting/quilting spot for you and your friends! *NOTE - rates are based on a per person fee with a base rate of $150 per night (or three guests). Close to Creston, Afton and the lakes, we have ample parking for vehicles, boats or trailers.

The Legacy Stone House

The most unique stay in Winterset! Legacy Stone House AirBnB is a historic residence located one mile east of Winterset, Iowa. Built in 1856 during the Settlement Era of Madison County, it is one of nearly 100 stone houses built during that time in the area. Officially named the William Anzi Nichols House, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Convenient centralized location if visiting Madison County’s six covered bridges and two minutes from grocery, gas and dining.

Relax in one of the 4 recliners and watch a movie on the big screen tv. Plenty of room to park the boats, electric for charging available and a fish cleaning table is available. Perfect place for your hunting or fishing trip. Pets welcome

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It’s an older home that has been remodeled to sleep 4-5 people. It has 3 beds; Queen,Full,and Twin;as well as a hideaway in a couch. Has all your basic amenities. It’s within walking distance of the downtown square that has some unique restaurants as well as Fareway Grocery.
