Secluded Retreat is located just 3 minutes from the historic & beautiful New River, and less than 15 minutes from Downtown West Jefferson, as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Carter’s Hill Cottage - 3 miles from Twickenham

Carter’s Hill Cottage sits on two acres and is only three miles from the Twickenham House. Enjoy the sun coming over the mountain while you sip on a hot coffee while sitting on our fully covered front porch. The cottage is only minutes from the towns of Jefferson and West Jefferson with a view of Mt. Jefferson (4665 ft) in front of the cottage and Phoenix Mtn to the rear of the cottage. Although you are so close to all the fun, you are secluded with no neighbors in view.

Grove Cabin 20 acres of privacy (no extra fees)

Nestled in a high mountain meadow just above the New River, this 750 square foot cabin has plenty of amenities and nearly 20 acres for your own private Idaho...there are marked and cleared hiking trails...look for the entrance post to the left "1285." NOTE: GPS systems are sending people to the coordinates of the cabin and not the entrance road. Always come in via NC-16--John Halsey-Weavers Ford-East Weavers Ford.

This cabin sleeps up to 9 in a beautiful mountain location. Enjoy grilling and being amongst the trees on our double-level deck. Relax (or work!) inside the house with two 4k TVs, high-speed internet, and game tables. Enjoy the area by dining and shopping at the picturesque town of West Jefferson and hiking at Mt. Jefferson (both 15-20 mins away). This cabin is the ideal mountain getaway.

This Blue Ridge Parkway home is situated in the mountains of North Carolina, less than a .3 mile hidden driveway ON the Blue Ridge Parkway. The sunsets are amazing. Just take a scenic drive along the Parkway and enjoy many of the overlooks and views from all around! The home is a perfect place to recharge.
