The Hollies - Luxury self contained apartment
This garden flat with separate access is located in the heart of Sheffield's academic and healthcare hubs. Nestled between Broomhill, Ecclesall road and 2 miles away from the city centre. Close to Botanical Gardens, Endcliffe park and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and pubs. With an en-suite bathroom, well equipped kitchen and small private patio this apartment is perfect for everything Sheffield has to offer! We have 2 friendly dogs and a cat. We also have free overnight parking.

The property is walkable to the bus and tram stops, as well as to the well loved Rivelin valley.

Private entrance use of the garden and close to the universities and hospitals, which are all within walking distance. The city centre is just 5 mins away yet we have great access to the Peak District. The conversion consists of kitchen/lounge/dinning area, separate double bedroom, bathroom and patio doors to the garden. Free parking

Bus routes (95 & 52) run every 10 minutes to the universities, city centre and train station. Taxis from the station are approx. £6-£8. The Peak District is 15 minutes away by car. Ideal for professionals, families and outdoor enthusiasts.

The Annexe
Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.

On the edge of the Peak District yet close to the City of Sheffield, Charlesworth’s offers the best of both worlds! Beautiful country walks and several pubs on the doorstep, or a short drive to climbing at Stanage, and Bamford edges. For cyclists, Charlesworth’s is close to ‘Le Tour’ routes. Chatsworth House, Buxton, snooker at the Crucible, and the Tramlines Festival are all easily reached. Families, contractors and dogs are very welcome in this light and spacious cottage.

Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.
