This polished space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, en suite laundry, and high ceilings featuring tall windows that radiate plenty of natural light. Street parking is first come first serve. However, complimentary parking is located in the paid lot at the rear of the building. Also, train tracks run in the rear, no horn sounds, but white noise machine provided.

If unavailable, there is a 2nd floor loft as well.
