Enjoy this garden-view guest apartment with private entrance and porch located in our beautiful historic home on the most desirable block of Midtown, a few steps from Overton Park, Rhodes College, Crosstown Concourse, and Overton Square. Our house is located in the heart of midtown, walkable to Overton Park (running/bike trails, the Memphis Zoo, Levitt Shell, Brooks Museum, and golf course) and Overton Square (live music, great restaurants, a movie theater, and playhouses). The house itself has 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed, kitchen, a screened-in deck, and two living spaces perfect for relaxing and catching your favorite movie. Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime (including PBS Kids) are complimentary.

The Back House: Private Midtown Studio Guest House

The Back House is located in one of Memphis’ nicest neighborhoods, Central Gardens, and features a private backyard and private entrance just for you. Enjoy a queen hybrid mattress, futon couch, table for 2, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee station, and a 43 inch TV with Roku with free Netflix. You will love the safe neighborhood with mansion homes all around and private security. Downtown Memphis is only 2 miles away or walk to local bars in Cooper Young and Overton Square.

Modern Asian Private Pool House

In the heart of East Memphis, we have 1.5 acre gated enclave with beautiful, vast Asian gardens and a large pool. This 70 yo mid century pool house is a stand alone building with one large room with a queen sized sofa bed and a very comfortable Murphy bed and 2 complete bathrooms each with their own twin sofa bed, and a kitchenette complete with an ice maker so you will have plenty of cool drinks for around the pool. Because of COVID we have added UV lights in the HVAC system.

Cozy and quiet private, guest studio apartment located in a turn-of-the-century historic neighborhood in the heart of Memphis minutes away from all the best the city has to offer. Sleeps up to 4 people—a queen bed, queen 22 inch tall air mattress, and comfy couch. Also includes a new bathroom. As hosts, we will leave you to have a great stay in our fine city; however, if you would like to, come hang out in the backyard with our family.
