This charming apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, private washer dryer, brand new bathroom, and accent wall dividing a comfortable living space from a cozy bedroom. In the heart of East Memphis, we have 1.5 acre gated enclave with beautiful, vast Asian gardens and a large pool. This 70 yo mid century pool house is a stand alone building with one large room with a queen sized sofa bed and a very comfortable Murphy bed and 2 complete bathrooms each with their own twin sofa bed, and a kitchenette complete with an ice maker so you will have plenty of cool drinks for around the pool. Because of COVID we have added UV lights in the HVAC system.
