We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. Handicap accessible. Within a short drive of 2 major ski resorts, the Flight 93 Memorial and 2 wineries. Several restaurants and a brewery also within a 15 minute drive. The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

Fox Farm Apartment is a private country retreat, located on 10 acres, on a quiet, private road. It has 2 king bedrooms, one bath, with incredible views (the sunsets are amazing) and filled with natural light. It has a private entrance w/ staircase to 2nd floor. The bath has a luxury shower and dual vanities. It has a full kitchen stocked with cookware, Direct TV, and large family room. Very close to Leesburg and local wineries and breweries. Linens and towels, soaps, shampoos are included.

(Please note, there isn't a full kitchen) If you have more than 3 guests, please let us know. We have a second cabin on the property that we can offer as an additional space.

The Trailside Chalet is situated on the W and OD Trail, halfway between Leesburg and Purcellville, Va - an ideal base location for visiting wineries, breweries, and the pastoral countryside of Loudoun County. The chalet will put you just steps from the trail for walking/cycling/horseback riding. Relax and enjoy the amenities of one-of-a-kind interior including wood burning fireplace and peaceful surroundings with hot tub. A perfect getaway for a couple or family.

The Skyhouse- simple & serene w/mountain views

Enjoy the solace and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains with modern and local comforts. Retreat and explore on this old 100acre farm- via foot- or float on the tiny pond in a kayak or SUP. Or venture out to Shenandoah National Park, the local coffee shops, eateries, wineries, and breweries. Whatever you choose the skyhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Summer kitchen guesthouse at Caledonia Farm 1812

Summer kitchen guesthouse built of stone in 1812 and located on a 115 acre free-range cattle farm on the National Register of Historic Places. The first floor is a living room with the original cooking fireplace and a kitchenette. Upstairs is a loft bedroom and bath. Housekeeping is provided on Monday and Friday mornings. Enjoy the peace and quiet, dark skies, scenic views, adventure, and culinary excellence of Rappahannock County.
