There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Tastefully decorated home just 8 minutes from Livingston in the back of a quiet subdivision with natural privacy. Beautifully landscaped, well kept yard. Outdoor gathering areas. Nestled next to one of two creeks on the property you can relax on the front porch, take nature walks, swim in Nelson Creek or sit beneath the pines and watch the stars at night from the private hot tub. The cabin is a studio setup with a comfy queen bed. The sun room has a daybed with a floor trundle. Coffee and bottled water provided.

Property full of pecan trees yall would be free to gather as many as yall can. We also accept work crews who would like a more feel of a home while working in the area. Small gatherings acceptable.
