Although secluded, the property is very close to popular Lavandula gardens, under 5 minutes to Hepburn & 10 minutes to Daylesford. Simply take in the calm and peace of the Australian bush with our resident kangaroos, kookaburras and emu, as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the deck. With expansive valley and bush views across the dam to Mt Franklin, you won’t want to leave.

Circa 1860, Headland is one of Daylesford's originals--oozing authentic appeal, cosy and calming. Luxury One Bedroom House

Little Jem is a luxurious brand-new house designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is spacious, elegantly furnished and walking distance to town. Little Jem has all the comforts, with its luxurious king size bed, big double shower, spa bath for two, separate toilet and all with under floor tile heating to keep your feet warm. The electric fireplace for those cold nights is beautiful to watch while on the big comfy couch or just to have on while watching the smart tv.

A cosy cottage just outside the beautiful spa town of Hepburn Springs. With beautiful views over Breakneck Gorge and close to restaurants, day spas and Hepburn Mineral Springs, you can relax on the verandah, in the courtyard or get out and discover this beautiful region. This is the perfect place to unwind and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. Pets are allowed, however owners must take responsibility for them as only the front courtyard is fully fenced.

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
