Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by.

It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

A beautiful space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Norfolk landscape from. Ideally based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 1 mile from the sea front, country walks on your door step. There are many things to do and see - beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives onsite, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.
