The poperty have been restored with love and care, but also provides all the benefits of modern living. It's located on a hill of the quite village Vinisce.

The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The holiday house "KULAK" was built in 1943g. and has been restored 2017 / 2018g. The object is dominated by original stone walls and wooden beams.The holiday house "KULAK" is located in the small village of Badžimi, far from Sibenik, about 18km. The village is quiet with only about 20 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding. This is rarely in Dalmatia where you can still see live sheep or cows.

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
