Not suitable for children or pets. Steps up to the Hut so please consider this too. The hut is on the edge of a pub garden. The pub trades on Sunday daytime throughout the summer and some Saturdays

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Set in the utterly tranquil surroundings of our 100-year-old orchard this luxury hut is enveloped by native trees species with glorious views across the Cotswolds. The orchard sits in 200 acres of wildflower grasslands and herbal leys. The farm is a short distance from the historical village of Hook Norton and in close vicinity of Burford, Banbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Norton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Oxford, Soho Farmhouse, Stow-on-the-wold, Stratford upon Avon and Woodstock.

We have recently refurbished our lovely barn conversion (c. 700 sq ft) to a very high standard. It is light, has amazing views, a log burner and a SoHo Farmhouse feel. It has a king sized double bed, Fibre Wi-Fi and under floor heating. Stunning part of the northern Cotswolds (Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford - 15 mins) with numerous walks and bridleways from the door. You can also rent three stables and two paddocks to bring your horses to stay. A good way to explore the Cotswolds.

Daylesford, Soho Farmhouse & Diddly Squat Farm shop all less than a 15 minute drive. Little Cotswold Cottage truly is the perfect place to unwind after exploring all the Cotswolds has to offer. Wander around the Cotswold stone cottages in the village, let your troubles melt away in the clawfoot bath, sink into the memory foam mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets or play a board game in front of the log fire. This is a pet friendly, two king bedroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 4.

Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.
