The village of Pratts Bottom and the local pub is within a 10 minute walk. The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line.

We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. The property comprises of one bedroom which includes a King size bed, a single bed, wardrobes and a chest of draws. An en-suite shower room and private living room. There is a large sofa bed, table and 4 chairs. Also there is a small kitchen area. Wi-Fi and sky available Outdoor court yard includes dining table and chairs.

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Huge Luxury Studio Use of Parking & Garden

This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. This huge space is about the size of 4 London hotel rooms and so is a bargain. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with young kids. Please read our 900 plus reviews.

A great one bedroom garden flat

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.
