HEATHFIELD COTTAGE- A LITTLE GEM IN THE COTSWOLDS

Heathfield is a charming Cotswold cottage located in its own grounds on the fringes of the village of Ampney Crucis Gloucestershire and approx. 3.2 miles from Cirencester ( the Roman Corinium) capital of the Cotswolds. Recently refurbished to a high standard the cottage offers on drive parking, entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom/wc/ whb, well equipped modern kitchen, pantry, south opening sitting room, dining room, 2 double bedrooms for up to 4 people, walk-in shower/wc/whb. Mature Garden.

The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

The 16th-century Wild Duck Pub is a 5 minute walk and the Thames path just 2 minutes away. Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswold is 5 minutes by car with boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Kemble Station (1 mile) has direct trains to London. Water sports, lakes, beautiful villages and countryside are all nearby. The beautiful city of Bath is a 40 min drive.

The village is close to the historic town of Cirencester and other famous attractions in the Cotswolds as well as the Spa town of Cheltenham. The property is ideally situated to make the most of the Cotswold water park and it’s facilities as well as numerous walks and cycle paths.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Pippa’s Cottage-walk to Cirencester and Gastro Pub

Pippa's Cottage is our self contained detached annexe with private roof terrace, just over a mile from the centre of the pretty market town of Cirencester. We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.
