Die ca. 42 qm große Wohnung in ruhiger, doch zentraler Lage verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Essecke, abgetrenntem Schlafbereich, Kochnische, Dusche/WC und großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Berge. Sie werden sich sicher vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt beim Haus ist vorhanden. (Bettwäsche und Toilettenwäsche ist bitte separat selbst mitzunehmen)

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
