As you pull into the fully fenced yard, you will see the relaxing covered front patio and door. The entry leads to a full kitchen/dining area. There is a dedicated indoor laundry area (with a toilet when you are downstairs) right outside the kitchen. As you go upstairs you will enter the living room. The bedroom and bathroom are connected to the living area through a grand walkway. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway as you enjoy the beautiful views while on the front patio.

Enjoy mornings at the coffee bar equipped with both a Keurig & regular coffee pot, Wi-Fi and the convenience of an in unit washer/dryer. Unwind in your own fully fenced in backyard & cool off in the community pool just across the street. Our home is pet friendly to two mature, well-trained dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee.
