It's about 12 minutes from Bacolod-Silay airport by car. It's not on the route of public transport but it's very accessble for taxis. From here you can get a Grab to the NGC, Ayala shopping center, SM & Robinsons for about 250 pesos. There are no restaurants within walking distance but Savemore and the city market are about 5 minutes drive.
