Simonstown is filled with history and old buildings. Loads of cafes, restaurants, cute pubs, boutiques and near the yacht basin and waterfront area, all in walking distance. It's safe, peaceful, and close to the beach. Either hire a car, or Uber, or jump on the Metrorail. Train station 5 minutes away... Will whisk you to all the trendy spots in Kalk Bay and Muizenberg. Hire Bicycles and tour the peninsula The entire cottage and patio garden are non smoking, please respect our rules

Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.

Boulders Beach and the famous penguins are an easy 20 minute walk away and Long Beach is 10 minutes away as is the railway station. Our Rock House is something special! It has been recently built from stone found on the property. Watch spectacular sunrises over False Bay and the beach and tidal pool are a short walk away. Lovely and cosy in winter as well, with a wood-burning stove. The Rockery apartment consists of an open plan living room and kitchen leading out onto a wooden deck and two en suite bedrooms. There is secure off-street parking for one car and a braai area with a view.

Walk to safe swimming beaches and to the penguins in 3 minutes, or wander into historic Simonstown village. Our guest suite is small (6m X 2m), but offers everything you need, plus a view of the sea: wi-fi, a comfortable double bed, the means to make breakfast, place to eat or check emails – and privacy from the main house. It has a separate entrance and a private bathroom. A small garden for your exclusive use offers a table, chairs and Weber.
