This flat was purpose built to be wheelchair friendly, so warning the benches are low. The granny flat is separate from the main home on the property. A friendly dog and chooks are part of this family. Car parking, Wifi, heating/cooling, and an accessible herb garden. 3 night minimum. Our accommodation is set on 5 acres with bike paths and other activities. 3 kms from town and beaches. Has a decking with bbq area. Netflix available. Very cosy atmosphere fire for your winter break, also light and bright with a Esperance theme for your summer stay. We also have other listings to suit any dynamics on our property. This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with 2 solid core doors separating. Has double carport. Laundry is shared with owner, has separate entrance.

Goldfields Retreat, Pet friendly, Modern, Spacious

Goldfields Retreat is a modern 3x2 house. It is the perfect place for families and couples to relax after a big day exploring Esperance. The open plan living offers plenty of space for everyone. The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Esperance Port Beach Cottage

Stay at this newly renovated, centrally located 3 bedroom portside cottage (which has a fully self-contained private studio with king sized bed attached that can be rented also) and is just a five-minute walk to Port Beach, cafes and restaurants. You can hire both the cottage and studio (airbnb.com.au/h/esperanceportbeachstudio) for up to 6 people, or the cottage by itself for up to 4. The house is across the road from a local deli, open between 9am and 5pm, which has great ice creams.

Rizzo is located in a quiet neighbourhood with just a 5 minute drive to Town central & 5 minute to the Great Ocean Drive with the best beaches. Because of the size & styling of the property, it is only suitable for one or two adults (couples) only.
