Located at lake in a rural village, yet very close to city Kranj (7' by car), Ljubljana (20'), Lake Bled (30') and Postojna cave (1h). Ideal for families traveling by car since it has a central location from where most points of interest are reachable in an hour. Not suitable for a party or public transport users.

The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

The house is situated in a walking distance to the center (15 - 20 min.) and close to the highway ring of Ljubljana (exit Ljubljana - Center). Up to 6 guests can sleep in the apartment, with one double and four single beds. The house stands in a peacefull street and is surrounded with green surfaces, vegetable garden and many fruit trees.

You can park your car for free right next to the entrance, on the private area and use two bicycles to explore Ljubljana. We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.
