A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι αυτόνομο , υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονο. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης και για ακόμα ένα κρεβάτι.Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τρία ατομα. Είναι μέσα στον οικισμό της Σκάλας Καλλιράχης ,περίπου 1000 μέτρα απο το χωριό. Ένα χωριό που διαθέτει καφεταίριες,ταβέρνες,φαρμακεία, super markets.Κατάλληλο μέρος για να απολαύσει κάποιος τις διακοπές του αλλά και το μπάνιο του στις ξαπλώστρες του καταλύματος.

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.
