We updated the “PUMPHOUSE" on our homestead and turned it into a cozy tiny house with unique cordwood walls and a very small but functional layout. Complete with one twin bed, and one swing-up single bunk that can be an adventure to climb into, but is a joy to sleep in! Also, there is a small counter with sink, storage, outdoor hot & cold shower, 110v plug-in for vans, epic views from a small deck and a composting outhouse nearby. This beautiful space is perfect for the quick - Gorge "get-away!"

Cozy creative loft ("treehouse") in serene peaceful forest setting near Rock Creek, 1 mile from Skamania Lodge or waterfall. Separate bedroom with sink; full bathroom, full kitchen, den w/couch-pull out queen bed, lounge beside window, gas wall fireplace, outdoor tub/shower, deck overlooking forest. Chickens on site. Environmentally friendly, using many materials in the construction that are considered LEED certification worthy. Lots of windows. Backyard deck, metal chiminea, gas BBQ. No TV.

Kiteboard, kayak, canoe! Hike, bike! Ski, sled, ski-mobile! Ample yard area to store your gear. Back road access to our nearest National Forest, minutes away from White Salmon and Hood River, park'n ride to Skihood!

Or simply make this your home base for your trip in to Hood River. Check out the fruit loop in Hood River filled with wineries, eateries, u-picks and more. Come relax in this peaceful paradise.

Nestled in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, our cozy, newly built guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat in Underwood, WA. Located just a 10-minute drive from Hood River and minutes from White Salmon and Bingen, our guesthouse is close to wineries, breweries, hiking, mountain biking, water sports, and more. Visit one of the five top-rated wineries within a 5-minute drive on Underwood Mountain, or take a short trip to nearby national forests, river access, and other outdoor adventures.

Relax in Hood River

This lovely new addition to our home is a standalone unit with a modern and sustainable design. Private entrance and deck. Just 0.8 miles to downtown Hood River. The addition is 650 sq feet, featuring a wrap around countertop with four stools as an eating area. There is no kitchen (no oven/stove) but it has a microwave and portable appliances. There is one bedroom with a queen plus a new sofa sleeper in the main room (not enclosed). We live in the adjacent home. Hood River Permit # 573

Little Avalon

This newly upgraded family cottage has been a comfortably living accommodations for our kids and parent when needed. We were able to upgrade it with new floors, bathroom and kitchen for our new Airbnb guest to come stay and enjoy our wonderful Gorge. In this setting you are surrounded by the locals and we are just a 1/4 of an acre away. The kitchen has all the amenities and if you don't like coffee the quick way there is a coffee pot and french press for your coffee desires.

The Overlook

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy views towards Underwood, the White Salmon River, and peek-a-boo views of the Columbia and Mt. Hood. The Overlook is on over 3 acres of land ensuring peace and quiet. Enjoy the large deck that feels like you are in a treehouse! Enjoy hearing the White Salmon river flow below you to the west and on a clear night, the stars come out! Because of frequent visits from deer, please keep your pets at home.

The Dojo | Mountain Adventure Basecamp

Peaceful Retreat in the Woods – Adventure & Serenity Combined Nestled on 5 wooded acres, The Dojo offers the perfect escape for nature lovers, outdoor adventurers, or anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Surrounded by trees and the sounds of the nearby White Salmon River, this tranquil setting is just a short 10-minute drive from town and only 15 minutes from the Hood River Bridge—making it a convenient home base for exploring the Columbia River Gorge.

Coyote Cabin

Coyote Cabin is a very small cozy home in a secluded area of Trout Lake. We are about a half hour from the Columbia River Gorge at the base of Mount Adams. We are close to the beautiful Lewis River falls, Ice Caves, cheese caves, white water rafting along with many trails to hike. The cabin is on our 5 acres along with the main residence. We enjoy meeting our guest but respect your privacy so we stay at our place with our 2 dogs.
