Your Alaskan Retreat awaits! Unwind in our cozy 2,200 sq ft country home, nestled on 1.5 wooded private acres with prime Kenai River access. This 3 -bed, 2- bath main house features an expansive deck, separate cottage and unparalleled river views. Catch Sockeye at the house approx. July 17-Aug 7, quantity varies each year. Check info for Silvers (late Aug - mid Sept) and trout before booking. The River House is the perfect basecamp near open-water fishing in Seward (2hrs) or in Homer (1.5 hrs).

In your own private cabin, indulge in the beauty of the river life surrounded by towering mountains, Bald Eagles, Sockeye and Silver Salmon, Rainbow Trout, the occasional bear, moose and mountain goat, and the commonly seen rafts and drift boats floating by. In this area, you will enjoy fishing, kayaking, drifting, hiking, mountain biking, or just relaxing enjoying the view by an indoor or outdoor fire.

The Sunrise and Sunset Cabins are our newest and largest cabins! Located directly on the Kenai River these cabins are the perfect home base for your family vacation in Alaska. The sunrise cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms along with a full chef’s kitchen, 8 person dining table and large sectional. There are two suites downstairs that each have a king bed and two suites upstairs that each have 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Come stay with us and experience Alaskan luxury at its finest!

Inside the fresh 3/3 unit you'll find everything your group needs for a relaxing stay. Designed with travelers in mind this unit has 2 ensuite bathrooms, a king bed and 2 queens. A second story deck space overlooking the wildlife filled vista is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. High ceilings, double stack view windows and attention to detail throughout!

This getaway home borders thousands of acres of raw untouched lands in Captain Cook Park, which abounds with recreational opportunities. Simply walk out the door for a true nature hike in the woods, along streams and lakes in a vast expanse of wilderness. Fishing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, beach combing, cross-country skiing, snowmachine riding and so much more! Public boat launch nearby. Explore the shoreline of Cook Inlet, which boasts the second largest tides in the world.

Russian River House

Located in Cooper Landing, the Russian River House has everything you can imagine in a rental cabin. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 queen size beds, and two fold down couches. A lovely breakfast bar seats 4, dining seats 6. There is a natural cold-water spring with a small tub for keeping drinks cool while you are enjoying yourself around the fire pit. Our uncompromising commitment to hygiene and cleanliness pushes us to go the extra mile. Two night minimum stay and 6 guest maximum.

Amazing location right on the famous Kenai River! A Fisher-person’s dream location, located right at an envious “Haynes Fishing Hole”. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique fishing cabin located in Sterling, AK! This beautiful log cabin with a loft can sleep 1-4 guests. Maximum number of guests is 2. Extra two can stay but cleaning fee per person will incur. Next-door is a bunkhouse for more space preferred people with additional charge.
