This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Apartments are rented to the same guests who know each other. WELCOME TO "STEP 2 SEA"!

In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ).
