The master has a queen bed & en-suite bathroom, the second has one queen bed & the third has a bunk bed w/2 full beds, second full bath in the hallway. Fully stocked kitchen, linens/towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee & more included. Pets allowed with a $100 pet fee. $30/day fee to use the pool heater.

It is natural and primitive. Great for launching paddle boards and kayaks. There are also two boat launches 5-7 min from property and plenty of room to park your boat at the house.

This is a place to slow down, enjoy quiet mornings by the water, and end the day under the stars, while leaving feeling recharged from your stay at our little piece of paradise.

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

We provide a place to dock your boat, and can even recommend the best routes along the river that we often take ourselves. Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.
