The records were lost years ago, so we aren’t sure which of the rumors are true: • was the house built as a boarding house? • maybe built as a hospital for tuberculosis patients? • could the house have been a brothel? Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
