Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Underdæk er der 2 kahytter og 1 master bedroom samt toilet, bad og musikscene.

The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Vores toværelses lejlighed ligger på Islands Brygge i byggeri fra 2005. Den ligger ved Bryggebroen i gåafstand til Rådhuspladsen og indre by. Kun 300 meter til havnebussen. Strand samt havnebad indenfor en kilometer. Cirka 500 meter til Fisketorvet, som byder på gode indkøbsmuligheder. 3 timers parkering ved ejendommen fra kl 08.00 - 19.00 med fri parkering i weekender. Lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt, gratis parkering

The apartment was newly renovated in 2023 and has a fantastic view of the harbor run in Copenhagen's harbor and is located in Sluseholmen, which is referred to as Copenhagen's Venice. A relatively new area with a nice atmosphere, close to shopping and easy access to Copenhagen C. The apartment has 2 large balconies, one of which has a view of the water.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
