This fully separate apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a full living room, complete kitchen and dining area and full bath. We also have a pull out couch and extra linens. Our space is great for people who enjoy fishing off the dock, biking or walking (access to 35km trail out front) or relaxing. 😎

Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and so many cute shops.

Great location and plenty of room in this City of Marysville home. The home has many updates and will provide a comfortable stay for those visiting or for out of town workers. Also, if you are a boater or fisherman this house is 1 mile from the Chrysler Beach Boat Launch in Marysville and our driveway is large enough for boat trailer. All of the floors have recently been redone, new appliances and updated kitchen. The home is very clean with laundry in the basement and 3 full bathrooms.
