The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Herons, Egrets, and Barn owls are often seen as well as plenty of other wildlife. Privately kept horses are also nearby as well. Once an outbuilding dating over 100 years old, the property has been transformed to a very high-standard living space with everything you need for a short getaway. (Hot tub extra fee).

Postal Lodge - our one-off wooden shack…

This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

An ideal base to explore Norfolk, access via a farm track with ample parking, just 20 miles from Norwich and The Broads, 40 minutes to the coast. A newly converted barn sleeping up to 4 (flexible bedroom twin or king plus dbl sofa in lounge ) , complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table & outdoor seating area. There are blackout blinds & a comfy seating area. Outside, enjoy the animals.

Perfect for race enthusiasts , just 5 minutes drive to Snetterton race track, 25 minutes to Norwich and 45 minutes to Cambridge. Peppers is a cosy, self contained one bedroom area with separate lounge, shower room and patio area. A welcome basket with a variety of breakfast items is provided for the first morning of your stay. East Harling is a lovely village close to Snetterton with Norwich & Bury St Edmunds just a short drive away. The village boasts two pubs serving food, a bakery, fish & chip shop, Chinese take-away and grocery store. The English Whisky Distillery Company is just up the road.

Luxury Oak Framed Annex.

Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.
