This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
