This newly renovated cabin sits on a shared 3-acre property with our family’s lake house. The cottage offers tons of privacy and sits on 3.5 acres, tucked away among several tall windswept pine trees.

This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
