Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

This charming old villa is situated at a beautiful small farm with a farmhouse, a ceramic studio with a woodkiln, and a family home . The farm is overlooking the fjord and glacier and the view is absolutely stunning. Ideal for families! Away from traffic we have a lovely atmosphere with animals, fruit trees, swings, and a lot of space. You find great hiking right off the doorstep. Huset har en romslig hage med trampoline, fire soverom og en stor kjellerstue som ved behov kan benyttes som ekstra soverom. Boligen er familiens hjem og leies kun ut i ferier. Det betyr at du vil finne personlige eiendeler i huset, men alt er tilrettelagt for et komfortabelt opphold.

Det gamle eldhuset som er rigget for sene kveldstimer med levende bål i peisen er en opplevelse i seg sjøl. Det er og badstu som kan nytes. Stedet ligger usjenert til, og er nær sjøen. Det er egen strand som ligg usjenert til. Det er og muligheter for å få treffe dyrene på et moderne gårdsbruk som ligger rett ved.
