A modern house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, separate tv-room. open kitchen and living room. Has separate guesthouse if needed for 3 extra people. The house has forest just behind. Close to the bus, supermarket, sushi, pizza restaurant, playgrounds and water (lake and sea). In the garden there is a terrace pool, a pergola, soccer goal, gym bar area, barbecue and trampoline.

Perfekt om du är på semester i Stockholm och vill komma hem till lugn och ro efter en dag på stan, grilla i trädgården eller varför inte ta ett dopp i Norrvikens sjö, endast några min promenad. Också perfekt om du ska resa från Arlanda. I den inbyggda carporten bor min son. Han använder inte övriga huset. Endast köket och nedre badrummet ibland.
