Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Här bor du i en vacker och rofylld miljö samtidigt som Stockholm city nås på bara 15 minuter med bil. stor altan med sol från morgon till kväll perfekt för långa frukostar i morgonsolen och grillkvällar i solnedgången. Otrolig sjöutsikt. AC finns för extra varma dagar, och grill finns. 5 minuters promenad når du vattnet med bryggor för uppfriskande morgondopp eller kvällsbad. I närområdet finns matbutik och restaurang. Ett perfekt boende för dig som vill ha natur, bad och nära till city.

A quiet, residential area north of Stockholm with nearby boat club (renting SUP boards and canoes) as well as kids friendly beach. Short walk to supermarket, butcher and take away restaurants. Easy commute by train to Stockholm central station (20 mins). Station is a short walk (approx. 700 metres). Arlanda airport can be reached by train/car in approx. 20 minutes.

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

"Lake View cottage" is a guesthouse of the Lake View Villa. It is beside lake Väsjön and ski slope Väsjöbacken. Eget hus, 20 min från Sthlm C

Koppla av med hela familjen i vårt mysiga boende! Stort kök för matlagning ihop, tillgång till grill och uteplats på tomten utan insyn. Bakgården är bra för både fotboll, badminton, etc. 300 meter till sjön för ett bad från bryggorna. Längre ner längs vattnet finns även både strand och café. Områden är lugnt, med 10 min in till Sollentuna centrum, där både mataffärer, parker, simhall, shoppingcenter, etc finns tillgängligt. Flera skogar och vandringsstråk ett par kilometer bort.

Radhus nära sjö, Arlanda och Stockholm

Familjevänligt radhus i ett lugnt och idylliskt område precis intill sjön Norrviken. Passar perfekt för barnfamiljer, pensionärer och dig som vill ha det lugnt och skönt.
