Located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood in Cedar Springs, Michigan, you'll be close to all of the activities that West Michigan has to offer. House amenities include a spacious living space with plentiful updated fixtures and finishes, washer/dryer, wifi + cable, walk-in shower, hot tub, fire pit, grill, kayaks, and lake access to all-sports Pine Lake is just steps away from your front door.

Underground Hobbit Home in the deep forest

Our custom-built Hobbit Home is nestled under the forest floor on a 10 acre site. A bench swing adorns the hillside along the huge boulder fire pit and outdoor picnic area. The inside of the 185 sq.ft. structure is one-of-a-kind, with a Poplar tree bark ceiling, wavy cedar walls, and a wood cookie wall. A queen sized bed with linens and pillows comfortably sleeps two, and a comfy pull out couch can sleep two children under 12 or one teen or adult. A wood stove makes it cozy in the cold months.

25 min N of Grand Rapids/32 miles from GRR, Sauna

Located just outside of a small West Michigan town in a rural development, with a large Meijer grocery store nearby. New construction in our finished basement. You can access the basement through a private entrance. Kitchen has a toaster oven, hot plate and microwave. Refrigerator for your food. Wood-burning sauna is also available. We need a few hours notice if you would like to use it—heats up slower in the winter. Just a quick 25-30 min drive from Downtown Grand Rapids, close to Hwy 131.

Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.
