Pristine, Peaceful Kingfield Chalet

Just a short 15-20 minute drive from Sugarloaf and 3 minutes from historic downtown Kingfield, this chalet provides a peaceful, private respite after a busy day on the mountain. Our 2BR, 1BA eco-friendly chalet is tucked back from the road, with distant neighbors and fast WiFi. You can be surrounded by nature but only minutes from lovely restaurants, local shops, grocery store, gas station and tons of trails, rivers & lakes for snowshoeing, XC, snowmobiling, hiking, huts, MTB, kayaking & more.

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

Situated at the end of a dead end street, Rockstar Quarry House is a place where you can relax and unwind with Deer regularly grazing right in the backyard. Walk to Fotter's grocery, Backstrap Grill, both just a stone's throw away. Here, in the center of Stratton, in the western mountains of Maine, an 8 mile drive to Sugarloaf and 27 miles to Saddleback. Whether you're here to ski, cycle, swim, snowmobile, hike or anything else you can think of, this region will provide the opportunity.

Ski In/Ski Out Sugarloaf Sugartree 2 Deluxe Studio

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

We take great pride in providing a stay that you will remember for years to come. Our moose house is well-stocked with all essential amenities and a few extra surprises! Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

On The River 2 with Lucy the resident cat

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

The cottage at Marble Farm.

This beautiful private cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure! New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Contains a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as high speed internet, and climate control.

Moose River Rustic Camp

The cabin has one bedroom with a king size bed, large living area with the most lovely fireplace, small well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It sleeps 3-4 comfortably. There is a queen sized pull out sofa. The cabin is in Moose River, next to Jackman, the area one of the best places to snowmobile in the country. Trails are accessible right from the cabin. The perfect place for snowmobiling, ATV, fishing, hunting, relaxing and hibernating. Perfect sportsman cabin.

Located right in downtown Kingfield, this cozy 1 bedroom, top floor unit provides a comfortable escape as well as easy access to in-town amenities. The perfect getaway spot for a couple or a single traveler. Right in the heart of the Western Maine mountains: 20 minutes from Sugarloaf, minutes from the snowmobile and mountain biking trailheads, kayaking, fishing, etc. If you're into outdoor activity this is the place to be! Easy walk to local restaurants and shops.

Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!
