Sau nhiều năm thu hút khách du lịch, căn nhà này trở thành căn nhà không bê tông duy nhất tại Bãi Biển Gành Đá Đĩa. Căn nhà có 4 phòng ngủ, 02 phòng hướng biển, trong đó có 01 phòng có wc trong phòng, 02 phòng còn lại view vườn và dùng chung 1 wc
