Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. Our cozy guest cottage is located at 1300 feet on Sonoma Mountain, offering serenity and tranquility with all the fine dining and shopping options of downtown Sonoma only a few miles away. You’ll love the cottage's privacy, open space and natural light. We are pet-friendly! Well-behaved, trained pets are welcome, but we ask for prior approval and there is a $50 per stay charge. Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. Family Friendly Central Petaluma Studio

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
