We don't provide cleaning, so it may need a quick sweep out before use! There is a cupboard with basic kitchen essentials, take some- leave some! It’s a pay it forward kinda thing! The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Villa Vineyards Green Door Studio

Our property sits in a beautiful open space, surrounded by paddocks and vineyards. Our boutique accommodation is at the rear of the house and is two separate studios. It has been converted from a stone barn and has the charm of age but with the comforts of modern life. Each studio contains a luxurious bedroom/living area and separate bathroom. Our property is also used as a wedding venue and the gardens are yours to enjoy. Our new cellar door is nearby for you to sample some wine.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.

The Hayloft 1890s Stone Cottage

Be part of Barossa History, and stay in the renovated Hayloft built by the original Herbig family, who used to live in the nearby famous Herbig Family Tree. A romantic getaway for a couple (plus one sofa bed) if required. (Max three people). Please note, the bedroom is located upstairs with a beautiful view over the courtyard and ponds. Nowhere Else Cottage with spa room

Nowhere Else is a well established luxury self-contained cottage with its own 2 person spa. The cottage started life as a dairy in the early 1900s until the 1980s when it was abandoned. In the late 80s it was transformed into this beautiful cottage you see today. Indulge yourself in the private indoor spa, overlooking the hills, or just take in the countryside from the cottage verandah and say hi to the cows. A haven of peace.
