Te Mahuru Retreat is made up of a lodge with four single suites and one two-bedroom suite. Each suite has its own private bathroom, mountain views and private garden access. Each of the suites share a full kitchen, living room and dinning room in the lodge and BBQ and entertaining area. There is also a two bedroom self-contained cottage with its own private gardens, stunning views and BBQ. There is free access 24hr access to one private & one shared hot tub, both with fabulous mountain views

This cottage is the original School House alongside the now retired Woodbank School at Clarence. Situated in the beautiful Clarence Valley 30 minutes north up the Kaikoura coast . Great walks, Biking, mountain bike Park at Middle Hill, Raft the Clarence River, fish at the river mouth, swim or surf on the coast, 20 minutes to The Store at Kekerengu, or the numerous cafes in Kaikoura. View the seals at colony 10 minutes down the coast...Or you can sit back and read a book and listen to the birds.

Our Cosy Cottage (Est. 1915) is a comfortable base in Kaikoura and is located a short walk from the beach, boutique gift shops, Kaikoura’s town centre and some great pubs and restaurants. With a modern kitchen, bathroom and toilet, off-street parking, fenced front garden and fantastic views from “The Crow’s Nest” at the top of the hillside garden this is the perfect spot in this beautiful town. “Wits End” cottage is only 90 m2, and has been furnished to our taste being our holiday home.

The nearest shop is a 20min drive (Cheviot) If there's anything you need, don't hesitate to ask. My aim is to make this a most enjoyable and relaxing break for you :)
