This listing is for apartment #2, which is one of two upstairs efficiency apartments that were both remodeled in 2025. It is ideally located between Notre Dame and downtown South Bend.

This is a 1-person studio for a non-smoker. Located on the second floor of an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to check if our neighborhood is suitable for you. No smoking indoors or out. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame campus entrance 2 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. Under 10 minutes minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.
