This house is located on sought after Mallory beach road it is a beautiful scenic dead end road that runs right along beautiful Georgian bay on one side and the niagara escarpment on the other side. Mallory beach road is just off the main highway between Wiarton and tobermaury. This house is right across the road from Georgian bay with water access at the S bend. This house is only a short 25 minute drive to sauble beach and 55 min drive to tobermaury!

I've owned our cottage for 10 years and we decided to rebuild , to enjoy the beautiful views of Colpoys Bay and in the back yard the Bruce Pennisula escarpment .

Note: Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with jacuzzi spa Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road
