The Nest, a cosy, stylish annex loft

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish, self contained studio. Cosy, well-equipped and environmentally friendly, this 1st-floor annex is situated in the Chiltern village of Bellingdon, just North of the market town of Chesham. The perfect location for those exploring the Chilterns, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ walking, cycling or for those working locally, away from their home. The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Explore beautiful walks on the doorstep or take a 2 min stroll up to the Amaravati Buddhist monastery for meditation. The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

This one bedroom apartment is annexed within our family home but benefits from its own entrance and facilities. Quiet village location but easy access to transport links (Heathrow is 20 mins drive, London 35 mins on the train). We are on the edge of the Chilterns, an UNESCO recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are taking bookings using the Covid19 guidelines and legislation set out on the UK government website. If the road map changes then availability may also need to change.

Separate from the main house, the double glazed studio boathouse with en-suite, decorated beautifully. Egyptian cotton linen and nice towels. Relax with views of the river. We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
