Private entrance. The “Lair" is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is not intended for children. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, and numerous favorite restaurants and shops within blocks. You can LEAVE YOUR CAR at home and still have an amazing vacation!

A two story beach guest house located just a short walk away from the ocean in the beautiful South Oceanside. This beautiful residence is a short walk from local coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, parks, and a quiet beach area. Carlsbad Village is also located within a mile of the property. It has easy access to both the 5 freeway and highway 78. The Coaster train station is also nearby which provides transportation to areas from Oceanside to San Diego and much more.

Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. Restaurants, live music, and quaint shops line nearby Highway 101. The large tropical garden has walking paths and seating areas perfect to relax in. The property is a true oasis! Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, The Bungalow is a 2 minute drive to the beach, Cedros Design District, the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack, and local dining. Explore nearby beach towns, with Torrey Pines Golf Course (5-minute drive), La Jolla Cove (10-minute drive), and Downtown San Diego & the airport (20-minute drive) nearby.

The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
