Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. Our condo is located in the front section of the "A"Bldg.This condo has a KING bed in the master with a full sized private bathroom, twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There's also another full bathroom . We are located in a 33 acre ocean front resort with 6 pools on the border of Surfside at the southern end of Myrtle Beach,.We also have 24 hour security for our guests. Our resort is a very family oriented resort. Lazy river,heated pool.Outdoor games!

Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen (microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. The pool is shared with the owners but guests are given privacy. 14 miles to airport 10 miles to downtown Beaches-Kiawah-23 miles. Folly Beach-19 miles.

Burchs Carriage House

Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided. BBQ grill also. 2 stalls with paddocks. 12 x 12 and 10 x 12. Rooms are as they would be at your own home, separate from each other. See photo 13.

Walk to Main St. in 10-15 minutes for access to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. 20 minute walk to beautiful Falls Park. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee provided. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.
