Amazing hikes and a scenic overlook are a short distance away. There's a private entry to the walk out lower level on a 6 acre lot. Studio has king sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette w/ lg. fridge, microwave,toaster oven, coffee maker, etc . Outdoor parking or covered parking is available in inclement weather.

Perfect place for any length of stay! On the boarder of both the Downtown and West Blvd Residential Historic Districts. Steps away from multiple dining and entertainment options. One of the only buildings in the area with owned off-street parking. The 2nd floor of the Rose Building was converted from offices to apartments in 2022. You can walk to The Monument for a concert, the bike path and parks, Main Street Square. The perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Black Hills.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Bunkhouse on the Prairie

Enjoy a peaceful countryside stay at our working family ranch. The bunkhouse has separate parking and entrance from the main house. The one bedroom features a king size bed and a pullout couch located in the main living space. The kitchenette includes a coffee pot, microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and blow dryer. Full heat/AC and wifi. The bunkhouse is attached to our garage but completely separate from our house.

Rest and recharge at your Black Hills get away in this newly finished apartment. Enjoy the walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and then get a soothing night sleep on the top of the line mattress produced by Nectar. It is in a small town quiet neighborhood three blocks from the World Famous Mammoth Site, a ten minute walk from historic downtown Hot Springs with Evans Plunge Natural Hot Springs, 15 minute walk from renowned Moccasin Hot Springs and area restaurants. It is very convenient to Wind Cave National Park, Angostura State Park and Lake, Custer State Park and all Black Hills attractions.
